1. Dedicate a specific amount of time for healing, no longer than 1 month. Keep this time in mind while processing. Mark the date on a calendar. 7. Rearrange the furniture in your home and clean your car. This changes the energy in your home signifying a new beginning by breaking old patterns. So play some good happy music and have some fun cleaning up your home while your are cleaning out the emotional closet.
8. Contact all the people you blew off before because you were too wrapped up with your ex and apologize to them without boring them with the breakup details.   This just happens. When one person comes into our lives and takes up our time and emotional space often it is our friends who fall by the way side. This is a good time to reconnect and visit them as well.
9. Exercise exercise exercise your worries away. Walk, run, whatever, just keep moving. Getting out of bed can be rough during this time but think of it this way; so long as our bodies are still our minds tend to be still as well and run in circles. 20 Alternative Remedies For Hay Fever

Hay fever, medically termed allergic rhinitis, is an allergic response to pollen that effects the mucous membranes of the air passages, eyes and nose.  Symptoms include watery discharge from the eyes and nose, itchy eyes and/or throat, sneezing and nervous irritability.

NOTE:  If you must have a breath of fresh air - installing special filters in open windows will trap allergens before they have a chance to blow inside and get into carpet, furniture and linens.  Check your local hardware store for window filters.

6.  Wear your sunglasses.  This will keep pollen and other allergens out of your eyes - avoiding itchiness, redness and runniness.

7.  Rinse pollen out of your nasal passages before bedtime using a saline nasal spray.

Steps to normalize immune function:

Because the body's immune system can be weakened by allergic reactions, many nutritional consultants advise giving it a boost with a daily multi-vitamin / mineral supplement in addition to any optional supplements.

8.  Quercetin -  a bioflavonoid and antioxidant that has natural antihistamine and anti-inflammatory effects.  It can provide fast relief, it keeps the body from releasing histamines, thereby suppressing hay fever and cold symptoms.  Take 400 milligrams twice daily before meals.

I'll share first my story. I've always had a fear of driving. Self-Confidence plays a key role in talking to the opposite sex. You must be relaxed, you must feel good about yourself. Most of all, you must not show fear. If you have no self-confidence you will never be able to walk up this mountain.

I'm going to lay it out plain and simple. You will never be good at talking to the opposite sex if you have no confidence in yourself as an individual. SO MANY people always "think" this, or "think" that. "I don't want to try to talk to her because I just don't think I'm good enough for her" How will you ever know if you don't try it? With that attitude, No you will never be good enough.

The biggest part in gaining Self-Confidence is overcoming the fear that "you will never be good enough". Don't deny the fact that you have low self-confidence or low self-esteem. Accept it and correct it. Here are a couple tips to quickly boost your self-confidence.

- Dress appropriately: Dress casual, not too fancy. Don't look like a slob when your trying to talk to a girl/guy for the first time

- Posture: Believe it or not, posture says quite a bit about ones personality and self-confidence. If you are slouched over with your head dragging in the dirt behind you then of course you will not give off positive vibes. On the other hand, sitting/standing erect with your head held high shows you are more interested in him/her

- Speak with enthusiasm: If you sound like Darth Vator from Star Wars when trying to talk to a guy/girl, you might as well talk to a wall. You will lose their interest within the first sentence. Add character to your voice when you speak! (practice this)

- Work on looking people in the eye: This is a big one. Looking someone in the eye when you speak to them shows 2 main things. 1. you are a respectful person 2. you are actually interested in talking to them, and you are meaning what you are saying.


Many people overlook the fact that they have low self confidence. They try to be the "smooth talker" right away. Sometimes you have to step back to the basics. You need to learn the fact that you must work on your level of self confidence before attempting to talk to someone of the opposite sex.

Don't feel ashamed. Talking to someone of the opposite sex is a daunting task for 90% of our population. Especially if you are attracted to them. With low, or no self-confidence you will not get too far.

PRINCIPLES OF EFFECTIVE MEMORY

The average man does not use above ten percent of his actual inherited capacity for memory. He wastes the ninety percent by violating the natural laws of remembering.

If you are one of the average persons, you are struggling under a handicap bath, socially and commercially. The natural laws of remembering shows how to use them in business and social conversation as well as in public speaking.

These "natural laws of remembering" are very simple. They are only three. Briefly, they are impression, repetition and association.  The first mandate of memory is this; get a deep, vivid and lasting impression of the thing you wish to retain and to do. And to do that you must concentrate.

Five minutes of vivid, energetic concentration will produce greater results than days of mooning about in a mental haze. "One intense hour will do more than dreamy years".

If there is any one thing which is more important than anything else, it is "concentration in the particular job you have in hand".

The average person's brain does not observe a thousandth part of what the eye observes. It is almost incredible how poor our  powers of observation are. Introduce the average person to two or three of your friends and the chances are that two minutes after ward he cannot recall the name of a single one of them. And why? Because he never paid sufficient attention to them ion the first place. He will likely tell you he has poor memory. No, he has a poor observation. He will not condemn a camera because it failed to take pictures in a fog, but he expects his mind to retain impression that are hazy and foggy to a degree.

Hear the man's name precisely insist on it. Ask him to repeat it. Inquire how it is spelt. He will be flattered by your interest, and you will be able to remember his name because you have concentrated on it. You have got a clear, accurate impression. Above all else, we are visual minded, eye impressions stick. We can often remember a man's face, even though we cannot recall his name. The nerves that lead from the eye to the brain are twenty-five times as large as those leading from ear to the brain. The Chinese have a proverb that says "one time seeing is worth a thousand time hearing".

By "repetition" the second natural law of remembering, you can memorise an almost endless amount of materials if you will repeat it often enough. Intelligent repetition, repetition done in accordance with certain well-established traits of the mind, that is what we must have. Here is a very helpful discovery about the way in which we forget.

Psychological experiments have repeatedly shown that we forget more during the first eight hours than during the next thirty days. An amazing ratio. So immediately before you go into a business conference or P.T.A meeting or immediately before you make a speech, look over your data, think over your facts, refresh your memory. The third law of memory "association" is however the indispensable element in recalling. In fact, it is the explanation of memory itself.

The laws of association govern all trains of our thinking which are not interrupted by sensations breaking on us from without. Whatever appears in the mind must be introduced, and when introduced, it is as the associate of something already there. An educated memory depends upon an organized system of association. The secret of a good memory is thus the secret of forming diverse and multiple associations with every fact we care to retain.

The person who thinks over his experiments most, and weaves them into the most systematic relations with each other, will be the one with the best memory.

(b)    How is it so?
(c)    When is it so?
(d)    Where is it so?
(e)    Who said it is so?
